MY STRUGGLE PHASE

When My Body Felt Like the Enemy

For years, I was trapped in the flare cycle. I tried everything (and nothing worked).

I battled IBS flares, chronic pain, MCAS, anxiety, and food fear.


I spent thousands on tests, treatments, and diets, but nothing worked. Even though I practiced nervous system tools, my symptoms always came back.

I felt like my body was failing me.

The Harder I Fought, the Worse It Got

It wasn’t until recently, when I finally understood how to bring the missing pieces together, that everything began to shift.

I realized my body wasn’t broken, it was protecting me.

By teaching my nervous system safety in a layered, consistent way, my gut began to heal, my anxiety lessened, and I finally found freedom around food.

True healing begins when your nervous system shifts out of survival mode.

Traditional gut-healing often overlooks one critical factor: your nervous system.
When your body is stuck in chronic stress (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn), digestion slows, inflammation rises, and symptoms flare, no matter how “perfect” your diet is.

That’s why my approach starts here:
